Direction for Use/Dosage

  • 10 to 15 drops in 1/4th cup of water, 3 to 4 times in a day
  • For 2 days before onset of flow10-15 drops in ¼ cup of water
  • 1 to 2 hour at of onset of flow till the pain or as advised by the physician
